Cate is very much at home in the corporate arena, with more than 20 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, materials management, regulatory compliance and process improvement. Her strong grasp of R&D and her negotiation skills have cut costs, improved inventory handling and increased quality for such industry giants as Häagen-Dazs, Nabisco, and FIS/Nestlé. She has also managed procurement and purchasing for Perry’s Ice Cream, Fink Baking, Globe Products/Holly Farms and Champlain Industries/PFI, Inc. At EFP, Cate will be responsible for corporate account management.
Cate is a member of the Institute of Supply Management, The Institute of Food Technologists, Women in Flavors and Fragrance Commerce, and was a member of the Dun and Bradstreet Purchasing Advisory Council. She is a Lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager and she won a President’s Award at FIS for her contributions to the design and implementation of ERP systems.
She attended Rutgers University and studied business administration at Ramapo College in New Jersey.
